Michael Leismeister

Media Leader
Victory Church Red Deer Team

I believe that pixels matter. Colors matter. I try to help the church by seeking to create a media team that creates opportunities for people to meet with God. I believe it honors God to give our best. I think that our God is a creator God. It is not about perfection but about honoring God with everything I have. Great things do not just happen they are planned.

We have been married since 2009, have two fun boys and have been serving in worship ministries for 15 years.

Our joy comes from Christ who is worthy of our worship, and we are humbled to serve on this team and in this church.

Contact the church office if you are interested in joining the worship team.

Clothing Zone Leader

Victory Church Red Deer Team

I have been attending Victory Church for over 25 years.

I’ve volunteered in the Clothing Zone for over 8 years by leading and directing many amazing people.

It is so exciting to me to see so many lives changed by providing their families with the necessities of clothing.  We help hundreds of people every single month with quality clothing for free.  There is no greater way to serve God, then to love His people.

Mission Trip to Mexico 2017

Mike Duckworth led a team of six to Ensenada, Mexico, where Victory Churches International has an established mission house.

For eight days, they had the opportunity to minister and learn more about Mexico and work on the mission field.

Past trips have included ministry in migrant workers’ camps, rehabilitation centers, churches, and other areas of need; and new opportunities can arise with little notice. Our teams are excited to see what paths open for them to minister during each mission.

Please join us in prayer that God will direct our missions, protect those going, and bless the work of Baja Mission House in Ensenada, Mexico.

 Mission Trip to Thailand 2016

Our team was able to come alongside local missionaries, Kim & Anchalee Boschmann, in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Their ministry Glowing Hearts gathers orphaned, abandoned, or unwanted children, as well as those children of families who cannot provide safe or proper care, and to make them into a new family.

On this trip they were also able to work with Sawang & Lee-Anne Treetippayapitak in Sriracha.

Mission Trip to Mexico 2015

VCRD 2015 mission trip was a return to Ensenada to serve again at the Baja Mission House, where several of our VCRD leaders and members completed the Missions Training program and came alongside the Mission House directors to serve and support in their different ministries.
