Terri has been a Pastor for 27 years and currently serves at the Regina Victory Church alongside her husband, Terry (VCC President).
Terri has 4 children & 7 grandchildren. Her passion is to see the Church full of God’s glory by every living stone finding its place.

Dr. Hazel has been at the forefront of every move of God in the past 3 decades. One thing is for sure – no grass will ever grow under her feet. She herself once said that she would “Die with her boots on!” Her tenacity, strength and vision have fueled an ever-evolving movement, ministries that champion women, homes for orphans and rescue missions for those trapped in slavery. Through all the years of trial and triumph, her prophetic accuracy has strategically brought direction to a worldwide organization and to the thousands of lives and ministries joined to it. She has proven that there are no limits to what God can do with a woman who is sold out to him.
